About.com's Breast Cancer Guide, Pam Stephan, has some great ideas on how to "recycle" wigs in her Earth Day blog post today.

And speaking of wigs, if you haven't seen breast cancer survivor and Good Morning America host Robin Roberts as she put it, "flip her wig," check it out. Roberts has abandoned her wig, and gone to her own natural hair, which has started to grow back after chemo. Roberts will be auctioning her wig to raise money for a charity that, as she has said, helps "those who don't have insurance and can't afford this."

I have to say, I think she looks FANTASTIC with her new short do, and it suits her even more than her wig, which was styled to look like her former hairstyle. Robin is rocking that short cropped look!! You can see the story and watch the video of Robin Roberts shedding her wig on GMA.
